The 2000 vintage, our second commercial Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc  from Frediani Vineyard was hand harvested, fermented, and initially barrel aged separately.  After blending, they were provided additional barrel age.  Sappy, young cherry and licorice flavors, full body, moderate tannins, and a long finish complete the experience.  We believe this wine will improve significantly with proper cellaring.  French oak aged, bottled unfined, and unfiltered.
